Straight Representation was founded by Cal Kemp in 1977 under the name Kemp and Company. Cal sold Kemp and Company in 1988 to Corey Straight. Corey changed the name to Straight Representation in 1991. Corey ran and operated Straight Representation until his passing on October 17, 2007. January 1. 2008 Straight Representation was sold to Scott Ferguson, LaVern Kersnick, and Dave Hunt.

Straight Representation Incorporated represents the leading manufacturers to the Sanitary Maintenance Market. With over 62 years of JanSan knowledge and experience we are accustom in dealing with distributors and end-users and their sanitation requirements.
We target distribution in the states of Idaho, Montana, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, the cities of Las Vegas, El Paso, and Scottsbluff.
Our corporate office is located in Denver, Colorado with strategic regional offices in Tucson, Arizona and Salt Lake City, Utah.
